Our time-worn 1871 recipe combines organically grown wormwood (Artemesia Absinthium) with various botanicals in the traditional way of the French masters.

The result is an emerald-coloured liquid with complex wormwood flavour and a hint of alchemical herbaceous mystery.

For maximum enjoyment, slowly dilute one part Absinthe with three times the volume of iced water. Watch the mesmerising colour change, savour the fragrance and sip slowly.
