Double distilled in 2014 from Hanepoot (Muscat d’Alexandrie) pomace and matured in an ex-muscat cask for three years.
Spicy and yet delicate with hints of walnut. A perfect balance of fruit and wood, with the ex-muscat cask accentuating the raisin character of the Hanepoot grapes from which it’s been distilled.
