Made from carefully selected wine lees from Springfield’s Cabernet Sauvignon (wine gets racked after 12 months barrel maturation). Our distillate is slowly and carefully double distilled in our combined pot/column still.

Our Eau de Vie de Lie Cabernet Sauvignon has a strong, sweet vanilla bouquet. It is very soft on the palate with dry, slightly oily and an intensive finish.
