Made in 2015 from Springfield Life from Stone Sauvignon Blanc pressed grapes (directly from the press into our fermentation tanks to avoid any contamination). Fermentation of grape skins (via attached fruit sugar) takes place over a period of two to three weeks.
Slow double distillation is done with our combined pot/column still, followed by gradual dilution with water over three to four months to bottling strength (43%)
This Marc very clearly displays the mineral, fresh and grassy character of Springfield’s Life from Stone Sauvignon Blanc wine.
