Grappino - a new take on Italy's grappa and coffee staple
Description
Grappa and coffee may be a staple in Italy - better known as Caffè Corretto or Espresso Corretto - but as Jamie Oliver explains here, it may be even better shaken and chilled... with some amaretto too!
Ingredients
- 20ml grappa
- 15ml amaretto
- 1 espresso shot
- 20ml cream (soya or diary)
- Grated nutmeg, to serve
How to mix
Shake the grappa, amaretto liqueur and espresso over ice in a shaker, and pour in a glass or cup. Slowly pour the cream on top so it forms a layer. Garnish with a grating of nutmeg.
