Hillebrand strengthens its footprint in small quantity logistics of alcoholic beverages and accelerates its e-commerce activities with new acquisition.
Hillebrand has announced its acquisition of a majority stake in VignoblExport, a leading service provider in small quantity logistics of alcoholic beverages. The French based company provides a world-class service, supported by proprietary digital solutions, to businesses wide. Hillebrand holds an option to acquire the remaining shares in the company.
Hillebrand is the world leader in forwarding, transport and logistics provider to the alcoholic beverage industry, (non-hazardous) bulk liquids industry and other products that require special care.
Improved small quantity logistics

Hillebrand already offers small quantity logistics services to the alcoholic beverages industry, which will be strengthened by VignoblExport’s strong market reputation, large customer base and unique service capabilities. With Hillebrand as new majority owner, the two companies will employ their expertise and resources to further expand the business on a global scale.
This acquisition adds to the M&A track record of Hillebrand in recent times, with Braid (United Kingdom), Royal Logistics (United States) and 3W-Logistik (Germany).
